Product Details

GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding complex formed from the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine. It has been widely studied for its involvement in cellular repair processes, tissue remodeling, and regenerative signaling pathways. In laboratory and experimental settings, researchers examine GHK-Cu for its effects on extracellular matrix regulation, modulation of inflammatory activity, and responses to oxidative stress. Particular attention has been given to its potential role in shifting gene expression patterns toward a more youthful cellular profile.

Early-stage clinical and preclinical findings have reported:

  • Increased production of collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycans in dermal cell cultures.

Enhanced wound contraction rates and improved tissue regeneration in experimental models.

Decreased levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines alongside elevated antioxidant enzyme activity in vivo.

Improvements in skin thickness, firmness, and reduction in wrinkle depth across study participants.

Ongoing research continues to explore the mechanisms by which GHK-Cu may support tissue repair, maintain extracellular matrix integrity, and mitigate oxidative damage. Investigators are also evaluating its potential relevance to wound healing applications and the protection of lung and nerve tissues from oxidative stress.

This is a lyophilized powder and will need reconstituting before use either as a serum or with bac water.
